Mozy has improved greatly in the past few months offering services like Stash, which does syncing and 2xProtect, which is geo-redundant storage.
Mozy still needs to improve its customer service, previously one of their weakest points and needs to revamp their device platform.
Overall Mozy has improved and should quickly gain in rankings as they improve their products.
