Features
IBackup is noted for its user-friendly interface. It also allows for scheduled backups, bandwidth control, multiple subaccounts and great file sharing capabilities. The IBackup drive can be easily mapped like a network drive making file viewing and access very easy. Its versatile too and will run on both Windows and Mac.
ElephantDrives features include differential backups, remote access, unlimited versioning and file sharing. It also has great versatility and runs on many types of servers, computers, laptops and mobile devices. Moreover it allows for archiving and open file backups. A downside to it is its interface needs time to learn and its backup process isnt as smooth as other providers.
Security
IBackup utilizes an SSL encryption when uploading information and 256 bit AES encryption when storing data in its servers. It uses multiple RAID-protected storage servers in different parts of the world to keep its data.
Similarly, ElephantDrive also uses a Secure Socket Layer encryption during uploads and 256 bit AES encryptions during storage. Data is kept in secure ElephantDrive servers.

ElephantDrive also provides its customers with email support, as well as FAQs, a knowledgebase and tutorials. However it doesnt offer any phone or live chat support.
Conclusion
IBackups wide range of features and simplicity, is definitely appealing. However, ElephantDrive does offer a larger storage space and cheaper plans. Safety-wise, both have more or less the same level security. But in the end well have to go for IBackup and its better customer support and great features.
